Homegrown 5k and Beaver Island Brewing

On Friday 5/19 we walked the Homegrown 5k in Sauk Rapids, from Wilson Park to Lions Park and back. It was a beautiful evening for a walk, followed by a dip in the Mississippi. We stopped at Beaver Island Brewing on the way home. A super-nice beertender brought me water and a doggie treat, and they let me inside too. Got to meet a Dachshund and a nice human, so overall a great evening.
