A Quick Trip to Hudson

We took a trip to one of my favorite places, Hudson, Wis.
First we checked into the Hampton Inn. They were nice enough to give us an upgrade to a ground floor suite so I wouldn't have to walk up stairs. As always, I checked for bunny rabbits as soon as we got into the room.

Next we had dinner at the Smilin' Moose. This is one my Humans favorite places. I was excited to learn that they now have a doggie menu. I got to enjoy a Pup Cup, and the waitress brought me a bowl of ice water.

After dinner we walked out on the Hudson breakwater. It was a warm day so I cooled off in the river.

After our walk on the breakwater we visited Hop and Barrel Brewing. They are very dog friendly, letting me go inside as well as on the patio. I could even be off leash on the patio, except there were other Humans having dinner so I couldn't run free. I got pet by lots of little Humans though, so it was still fun.

The next day went visited Willow River State Park. We walked the long way to the water falls, which we pretty interesting. Lots of people and other dogs.

After our hike through Willow River State Park we had lunch at River Siren Brewing. Dogs only allowed on the patio.

We made our way home, stopping at Lift Bridge Brewing in Stillwater and Big Wood Brewery in White Bear Lake. I was pretty tired by this time so I mainly napped.

Overall, I really like Wisconsin. Lots of pets from little Humans, and lots of other dogs to meet.
